Q. My order has been delivered, but it's damaged!
If the delivery notification seemed overly enthusiastic, it can be disappointing to receive a damaged item after patiently waiting for it. We understand the value of receiving items in pristine condition. In the event of damage, please capture photos and email them to us. Refunds will be assessed on an individual basis.
Q. There is a spelling mistake on my order.
We understand the significance of accurate personalisation and apologize for any errors. If there has been a mistake, please contact us, and we will compare the information provided during the order with what you have received.
Unfortunately, we cannot replace personalised items with spelling errors made by you.

Q. How do I return my item?
We get it – sometimes what you bought isn't exactly what you needed. If you've had a change of heart right after placing an order, reply to your order email within 24 hours. While we can't promise magic, we'll do our best to sort you out with a refund or store credit.
Keep in mind, we can't take back personalised goodies. Those made-just-for-you treasures are as unique as you are (that's why we're a match made in heaven!), so once they're in production, they're yours to keep.
Q. How do I cancel my order?
If you have chosen to cancel your order, it is crucial to act swiftly. Reach out right away for assistance in cancelling your order before it enters production. Our phone lines are available during weekdays from 9.00am to 4.00pm, NSW, Australia time (AEDT).
